FEASIBILITY TEST AND CALCULATION

Before each order placement is the feasibility study and the individual calculation of the project. In this phase of the order process, we coordinate closely with them and our suppliers so that everything runs smoothly later on.

PATTERN CREATION

Each sampling goes through different stages from styling sample to sales sample to pre-production sample

IMPORT

Nominating our own suppliers or producers of accessories, fabrics or other import goods poses no problem for us. So our customers can guarantee an always consistent product.

OUTPUT

With a fabric production of up to 5000 kg daily, we achieve a daily output of up to 28,000 T-shirts. Depending on the model, the working volume can vary.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our five-stage quality control extends from the incoming goods inspection of the yarn to the physical inspection of the fabrics to the ready-made product.

EXPORT

For all export questions, our own specialized staff from our merchandise department is at your disposal.
A significant purchasing advantage over productions from China or India is guaranteed by the duty-free exemption of all our products for the German market: GSP-Form A.
